Oktoberfest Celebrates 32 Years of Texas Gemütlichkeit in Fredericksburg, Texas

Fredericksburg, Texas - Oktoberfest in Fredericksburg returns October 5-7, celebrating 32 year of Texas gemütlichkeit. Oktoberfest is adding Strassen Zelt, located on Adams Street, with a souvenir booth, photo booth, and Paulaner Bier. Adding to the fun is OktubaFest on Friday, Saturday’s “Chicken Dance On Main Street in Front of the Square” and Sunday’s 42 tournament. Covered stages host continuous entertainment. The focus is oompah, polka, and waltzes. Juried artisans and local artists will be selling to the public. The best part is German and Mexican-American foods and over 50 varieties of American, Texan and imported beers. Kids can play at fun games and activities.
